• Politeness and Courtesy: All interactions with Seamless Travels staff (including concierges, chauffeurs, and support teams) and our partners should be conducted courteously and respectfully.

• Clear and Concise Information: Please provide us with clear, accurate, and timely information regarding your travel needs and preferences, enabling our team to serve you effectively.

• Constructive Feedback: We welcome feedback that helps us improve. Please provide any concerns or suggestions constructively and through appropriate channels.

• Avoid Abusive Language: The use of abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language towards any Seamless Travels personnel or partners is strictly prohibited.

To ensure the safety, security, and efficiency of your travel, we expect adherence to established policies and procedures.

• Compliance with Travel Regulations: Clients and members are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and travel requirements of their origin, transit, and destination countries (e.g., visa requirements, customs declarations, health protocols). Seamless Travels provides proactive guidance, but ultimate responsibility lies with the traveler.

• Respect for Partner Policies: Adhere to the policies and rules of airlines, hotels, ground transport providers, and other partners engaged for your travel.

• Booking and Change Protocols: Follow Seamless Travels' established procedures for booking requests, itinerary changes, and cancellations. Timely communication is essential for effective management.

• Payment Terms: Adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms for all services and memberships. 

Our services are designed to enhance your travel experience. We expect responsible and ethical use of all Seamless Travels offerings, including AVA.

• Accurate Information: Provide truthful and complete information when making bookings or updating your profile and preferences.

• Proper Use of AVA: Utilize AVA and any associated digital tools for legitimate travel-related inquiries and management. Avoid attempts to misuse, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

• Security of Credentials: Safeguard your login credentials and personal identification details. Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately.

• Respect for Property: Treat all vehicles, accommodations, and facilities provided by Seamless Travels or its partners with care and respect.

Discretion is a cornerstone of our service, and we extend that expectation to our clients and members.

• Protecting Information: Respect the privacy of other Seamless Travels clients and partners. Do not share confidential information obtained through our services without explicit consent.

• Non-Disclosure: Refrain from disclosing sensitive operational details or proprietary information about Seamless Travels' processes, partners, or technology (including AVA's internal workings) to unauthorized third parties.

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in:

• A formal warning.

• Suspension or termination of services.

• Cancellation of membership.

• Reporting to the relevant authorities if illegal activities are involved.

Seamless Travels reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its clients, staff, partners, and the integrity of its services.
